Jones am deyrnged deimladwy, hefyd i bawb a ofalodd am mam yn ystod y flwyddyn ddiwethaf, ac i Deiniol Jones o T. Conchar a'i Feibion am ei gefnogaeth a trefniadau trylwyr. Sandra, Ellen and Gwyn wish to express their sincere thanks for all expressions of love and sympathy extended to them following the loss of a beloved mother, and for the donations received towards Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice.
